The proposals were put forward by Mr G Greenock for land near Gately Hall in Gateley near Dereham.

This would involve the conversion of part of a redundant, Grade-II listed barn to provide the self-contained unit.

Among the works are the retention and repair of the main structural elements of the building, along with internal reconfiguration and sympathetic external alterations.

A kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, two bedrooms and two en-suite........
