NR20 Developments is looking to create the properties on Grange Farm in Etling Green, Dereham.

The proposals would see up to two three-bed and four-bed homes being built on the land.

Plans for the homes were thrown out by Breckland Council, as it said they would result in "a significant intrusion into the rural landscape".
