New homes and commercial units earmarked for town centre

A "comprehensive mixed use rejuvenation" scheme has been lodged that could see the former site of a town's library and historic Fishermen's Mission become new homes and commercial units.

Developers want to convert three buildings at 15-23 Suffolk Road in Lowestoft into three commercial units and 10 homes, ranging from one to three bedrooms.
