Mayor and deputy mayor both re-elected for THIRD successive year |
With the annual meeting of Lowestoft Town Council held at Hamilton House on Tuesday evening councillors Nasima Begum and Elise Youngman were both re-elected as mayor and deputy mayor respectively for the municipal year 2026-2027.
It means Mrs Begum will wear the mayoral robes for a third successive year after first being elected mayor in May 2024, and then being successfully re-elected once more in May last........
