Historic pub and flats fail to sell - despite £262,000 bid at auction

Occupying "a stunning historic building" in Lowestoft, the freehold pub with two flats above it went under the hammer last week.

The Grade II-listed Carousel public house was due to be sold as it was listed for auction once more.

Featuring "two recently refurbished two bedroom flats", the "impressive historical building" is situated in a "prominent position" on High Street.
