Repairs and alterations are among proposals earmarked for a building that dates back to around 1866 on the High Street in Lowestoft.
A scheme of works has been lodged that aims "to repair and rejuvenate" 99-99A High Street in Lowestoft.
Plans lodged with East Suffolk Council earlier this month centre around "Replacement of first and second floor aluminium windows on principal elevation with timber sashes, alterations to shopfronts" at 99 High Street in Lowestoft.
