Graham Fuller expected a day of relaxation and happiness when he had booked a meal for December 25 at the Golden Fleece, in Wells, six weeks ago.

Mr Fuller explained it was the first Christmas they were celebrating without their son and so he had taken his family to a holiday home on the Norfolk coast.

After paying a £75 deposit and a further £195 balance, the family........
