Former officer shared footage of restrained vulnerable adult |
Former Police Constable Charlotte Nelson, 25, shared confidential information with her friends “for no other reason than her own amusement”, according to a misconduct hearing documents.
The hearing found the 25-year-old's actions were "intentional and deliberate" and would have resulted in her being dismissed if she was still a serving officer.
Nelson, of Cedar Drive, Worlingham, near Beccles, has already pleaded guilty to misconduct in a public office and Data Protection Act offences at Chelmsford Magistrate’s Court.........
