Police remain baffled after brick thrown at a car on a major road |
The incident happened last Wednesday July 30 when an item, believed to be a brick, was thrown at a moving vehicle on the NDR between the Postwick and Thorpe End roundabouts at around 7pm.
A man in his 50s was arrested by police on........
