Man arrested after tracker placed on car in broad daylight |
The man in his 50s has been arrested on suspicion of stalking.
Two other men, one in his 30s and another in his 50s, were also arrested on suspicion of stalking last year.
All three arrests are connected to an incident on September 11 when an unnamed member of the public spotted an object being placed under a black Audi owned by businessman Besnik Ademaj, which was parked on Bank Plain.
The sighting resulted in a major bomb scare........
