Fly-tipping in estate is 'worse' despite efforts to crack down on illegal dumping |
Locals in Mile Cross have been battling for months to keep their NR3 neighbourhood free from rubbish dumped by unlicensed waste traders.
Rebecca Fairclough, 44, a campaigner and litter picker of the Mile Cross Litterbusters, says the situation is not improving even with a fly-tipping enforcement officer assigned to the area.
