The grade II listed former Jarrolds shop on Middleton Street in Wymondham is now up for sale after the branch closed in September last year after 38 years in the town.
It was closed as it was “no longer the right location” due to the decline of the high street and changing shopping habits.
The building is now advertised on rightmove by Savills with a guide price of £525,000.
