Puppy 'lucky to be alive' after catching deadly disease

Bramble, a Red Fox Labrador, was taken to Toll Barn Veterinary Centre in North Walsham after getting a bacterial infection called Leptospirosis.

It causes serious illness by damaging important organs such as the liver and kidneys and can be spread via stagnant water and rats.
