Bikers flee on foot during anti-social behaviour crackdown |
The incidents all took place over this week in Lowestoft, including on the Limes Estate on Monday, when two riders were seen driving unsafely, resulting in a minor collision with a white Seat Ibiza.
The pair headed into a building site before making off on foot.
