Norfolk waste firm boss killed after becoming entangled in 'sorting' machine |
Daniel Wenn, 35, died on Monday morning at the Norman Wenn Skip Hire site in East Tuddenham.
The tragedy has prompted an investigation by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
Its initial findings are that Mr Wenn "was entangled in a trommel screen and sustained fatal traumatic injuries”.
