Norfolk police insists it is not among forces lagging on sexual-offences reforms

The Angiolini Inquiry, commissioned following the murder of Sarah Everard in 2021, revealed its latest findings this month, and found that 26pc of forces in England and Wales are yet to adopt recommendations over sexual policy reforms.

The recommendations had asked police forces to ensure they have a specialist policy on investigating all sexual offences, including "non-contact" offences like indecent exposure.
