New housing estate with 40 homes to be built in small Norfolk village

The development will cover around five acres off Aylsham Road in Buxton on land brought from the estate of late local farmer, John Michael Crane.

ESCO Developments will build a mix of one- to five-bedroom homes, including ten for affordable rent, four for shared ownership. Most will be two-storey, with four bungalows.
