Nima, the female snow leopard, has died at Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens.
The zoo confirmed that despite initially responding well to treatment, Nima developed an infection.
It said: "Despite every effort from our veterinary and keeper teams, the very difficult decision was made to........
