New research by Lloyds has found that north Norfolk is among the areas with the youngest age of first-time buyers in the UK.
The average age of a first-time buyer in the area is 28.4 years old, compared to the national average of 32.
The Ribble Valley in Lancashire recorded the youngest average age at just 27.
