Frank Reader has rallied a team of 11 people together to complete the Victory Super Sprint Triathlon in North Walsham on June 29.

The group, which is collectively known as Team Awesome, will be raising money for the East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) in honour of Mr Reader's family friends, Maisie Lossau and her mother Dawn, two beloved members of the community which the charity helped in their final hours.
