HM Land Registry data has been used to map the highest and lowest sales across the city in 2024.

The results – which only account for houses and exclude flats and maisonettes - show the Golden Triangle is still the most expensive area to buy, while the vast majority of the cheapest sales were in the NR3 postcode area.

Nine out of the top 10 sales were located in the Golden Triangle - the wedge-shaped patch between Earlham Road, Newmarket Road and Colman Road.

The most expensive sale, worth a whopping £1,435,000, happened in Unthank Road, which runs right through the triangle’s centre.

Only one of the top sellers was not in this area – it was located in Thorpe Road in NR1 and brought in £1,300,000.
