Influencer Megan Smith, 24, spent three years training in wellness centres in Dubai before returning to Norfolk to build her dream studio at her grandparents’ £825,000 home in North Wootton, near King's Lynn.
Luco Wellness, which opened in November, hosts up to six classes a week, between 6am and 7pm on weekdays and 9am to 12pm on weekends.
Miss Smith launched without seeking planning permission - and, when she applied for retrospective permission, neighbours expressed their concerns about the impact of the studio on noise and traffic in the residential area.
