It was extinguished by around 5.30am, and most of the emergency service presence had dispersed by 6.30am.
One team remains at the site today to carry out investigations into the cause.
Ishak Ahmed - who runs Labone, as well as its other restaurants in North Walsham and Sheringham - said: "It's a real shock, of course.
"We don't know anything at the moment and we're just waiting to hear from the people here.
"I'm glad no one was here when it happened - maybe then we would know how it started, but it could have been worse.
"I'm glad the last train had also run through the station already, so no one was there."
Oliv3r Drone Photography captured a series of images and videos of the scene from above this morning, which show the roof of the building has been burned away.
Charred beams can be seen through the gaps, and tiles and debris lie on the ground beside the premises.
