Norfolk is set to get its first capybara cafe in spring 2026.

Founder Jemma Aldridge has been sharing her journey of launching the business on social media and the concept has gone viral.

In August, Ms Aldridge confirmed she had made a "financial commitment" to two capybaras named Clover and Sweet Pea, which are due to be born this winter.

The exact location of the cafe is yet to be revealed but it will be somewhere near Toftwood.

Several fast food restaurants are set to open in Norfolk.

Two Wendy's restaurants are being built in Norwich - one in Morse Road, off Cromer Road in Hellesdon, and another in Hall Road.
