Ms Hopkins, along with five regular customers and assistant manager Adi, has formed a committee team to organise the event.
She said: "It all came about during a conversation at the pub with a few regulars.
"We wanted to host an event in the summer and also raise some money for the Norfolk and Waveney MIND.
"I lost Carl to suicide on the same day pubs were told to close as we were going into lockdown.

"They gave me lots of advice and support over the phone during what was a really difficult time.
"Their work supporting people suffering with their mental health is really important."
Ms Hopkins has been busy arranging equipment for the festival and locking in the timings for each act to perform over the three days.
Headliners include electronic artist, Maria Uzor, rock band, Manic Stanley, and Norwich Punk legends, North City Lager System.
