Angry dad says 'abusive' driver refused to stop bus to let him and his son off |
Adam Johnstone says he has travelled to Roundwell Medical Practice with his five-year-old son, Archie, more than 20 times using KonectBus.
But when Mr Johnstone had to take Archie, who uses a wheelchair, to an emergency appointment on December 30, their usual journey ran far from “smoothly”.

He claims the bus driver refused to let them off at Longwater Gravel Ed, the bus stop for Roundwell Medical Practice, and screamed “the next stop is Norfolk and Norwich Hospital”.
The pair were forced to stay on board the bus and were then dropped off at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital, six miles from the doctor's surgery they were meant to go to.
On the bus, Mr Johnstone claims when he confronted the driver he said: “You’re lying.........
