The application under consideration by Breckland Council seeks permission to knock down the single-storey, portacabin-style accommodation building in the grounds of Robertson Barracks.

The building has not been used for many years and has begun to fall into disrepair as it sits empty.

The army camp at the site, previously known as RAF Swanton Morley, is set to close within the next six years.
