Dawn Lossau, from Spixworth, died unexpectedly last month at the age of 52.
She was the mother of 17-year-old Maisie Lossau, who passed away two years ago following a dogged journey with a brain tumour discovered when she was just 10.
Mrs Lossau and husband Darrell helped inspire others by sharing their experience as a family, collectively becoming known as Team Awesome.
