Sportsman who faced death aged three praises unexpected donor for the gift of life

But Attleborough sportsman Rian Snell, who was born with acute renal failure, remained determined he would find the donor he so desperately needed.

Now a second-year university student, the 21-year-old is sharing his story to inspire others.
