Partner of man who died in Norfolk prison hopes 'lessons have been learned' |
Inmate Andrew Neal died last year just hours after speaking to prison officers to raise concerns about his mental health, an inquest heard.
The father-of-three was found unconscious by a fellow prisoner in his cell at HMP Wayland, near Thetford.
He died at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital just over a week later from a brain injury, having suffered a hypoxic cardiac arrest.
