Hoist key to Norfolk undertaker's death will be inspected by coroner |
Sally Blundell died in December 2023 following an incident at the East of England Co-op funeral directors in Swaffham, where she worked.
Precise details of how the tragedy occurred remain under investigation, but the 58-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene on December 1.
The incident involved a piece of equipment described as a hoist, which is used to lift things at the site.
It saw the branch in the town's Market Place close for several days while initial investigations were carried out.
