Cyclist killed in Broads crash was 'over the limit' and on 'illegal' bike

Alan Tedder was hit by a Nissan XTrail on the A1062, between Ludham, where he lived, and Potter Heigham.

The 62-year-old, who owned building firm Ludham Construction and Design, had been cycling home after a trip to the Falgate Inn, in Potter, on the afternoon of May 31.
