NHS trust sees appointment no-shows double in a year

The past year saw 26,627 appointments with the Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust missed - a year-on-year increase of 125pc.

The figure has sparked questions over whether the trust could do more to remind patients of when their appointments are - particularly when they have waited a long time for them.
