Tenants 'furious' at council over state of condition of their block of flats |
They say the building on St Leonards Road floods, is mouldy, regularly floods and needs structural repairs.

They also claim Norwich City Council, which owns the building, has been dragging its feet to make the changes.
One mother, Toni Dawson, whose son rents a flat in the block, said she asked the council to mend her son's door, which is partially boarded up, two years ago.
But after a number of attempts to get it fixed, "still nothing has been done," Mrs Dawson........
