Office facing busy roundabout set to become flat |
Norwich City Council planners have approved an application, which will see the first floor of number 209 on Plumstead Road become a two-bedroom apartment.
The property faces a five-arm roundabout where Heartsease Road, Harvey Lane, St Williams Way and Plumstead Road meet.
