What's next for derelict site in seaside village?

Plans have not yet been revealed for the site of Caister's old youth centre on Yarmouth Road, but the parish council is exploring options for the plot.

The building, next to the Tesco superstore, was demolished around a decade ago and since then the land has stood empty.

The parish council, which owns the site, has now commissioned surveys, flood risk assessments and planning consultants as it works towards a formal pre-planning application.
