New speed limit proposed for 'nightmare' traffic neighbourhood

Norfolk County Council has proposed reducing the speed limit on the Prince of Wales Road estate in Caister from 30mph to 20mph.

A spokesperson said this would "provide a safer environment for all users of the highway, including pedestrians and those cycling".

Caister Parish Council has welcomed the plans but said they have "taken a long time".
