The crash saw Andrew Bevan's green Mini Countryman collide with a parked car on Barnard Avenue in Great Yarmouth.
The impact pushed the first car into four others, flipping it onto the path and leaving a trail of destruction.
Bevan, 42, of Princess Drive in Liverpool, was charged with assault by beating an emergency worker and driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit.........
