Cutajar Investments Ltd wanted to build three houses on a parcel of land at Garfield Villa off Yarmouth Road.
Planners at Great Yarmouth Borough Council said the proposal - which was for bungalows for people aged 55 and above - would result in a cramped form of housing and the overdevelopment of the site.........
