Family kicked off caravan park left 'in limbo' after dementia dispute |
The row began when the family claimed they were evicted from Long Beach caravan park in Hemsby after their mother Margaret Jarvis, 91, failed to pay the rent due to dementia.
Her son-in-law, Aiden Hindors, says they have now instructed a solicitor to contact the holiday park owner Andrew Grout and his legal representatives.
The solicitor was asked to confirm that the caravan in question belonged to the family - not to Mrs Jarvis - and that all possessions inside it are the property of Mr Hindors and his partner Jamie Jarvis.........
