Ezra Tilford-Key, 23, lost his life after an incident at Horstead Mill on August 5 when he got into trouble in the river.

Horstead with Stanninghall Parish Council, which co-owns the mill with the Environment Agency, has now put up safety warnings as well as the support for the cameras.
