Developer Crocus Homes Ltd has asked Great Yarmouth Borough Council to vary conditions on its permission for land off Staithe Road in Martham, where work on the all‑affordable scheme is already well under way.

The latest report says UK Power Networks’ requirements for overhead and underground cabling mean three plots on the site must be shuffled.

One objection has been received to the latest changes, arguing too many houses are being built in the village.
