Leaders and officers at Norfolk County Council are growing increasingly frustrated over their plans for the West Winch Access Road, which would connect the A47 and A10 south of King's Lynn.
The 1.5-mile, single-lane carriageway scheme, which would also serve 4,000 homes planned for the West Winch area, has been granted permission by Conservative-controlled County Hall's planning committee.
