Captain Alistair Clack, who manages Toftwood Dental Practice in Dereham, has received his honour for his achievements as a captain in the Royal Fleet Auxiliary in support of the Royal Navy.

Capt Clack, 46, who lives in Hethersett, is a former North Walsham High School pupil who joined the Merchant Navy as a cadet in 1996.
He transferred to the Royal Fleet Auxiliary (RFA) as a third officer in 2003,........
