Former pub to be demolished to make way for 15 new homes

Members of Norwich City Council's planning committee gave the green light for the derelict former Blueberry Music House in Norwich to be demolished.

They granted permission for 15 flats - a mixture of one and two-bedroom properties - to be built in a three-storey building to replace the former pub in Cowgate.

A scheme was originally approved in 2021 but work had stalled partly because of the nutrient neutrality limbo which prevented the council granting permission.
