Norfolk County Council is working to transform the former Argos in King's Lynn's Vancouver Quarter into the hub, featuring a community centre, offices and a new library.

The bill for the King's Lynn Multi-User Hub increased from the original estimate of £6.4m to £15m, partly due to green measures to minimise energy consumption and reduce the carbon impact of the building.
