Confusion for drivers as Thickthorn revamp signs give different dates for end of work

When signs were initially put up on the A47, leading up to the junction with the A11 - one of the busiest in Norfolk - they stated the work, which will cost up to £239m, would be completed by autumn 2027.

But the signs along the A47, on the approach to the turn-offs to Thickthorn, now have two contradictory dates for completion of the scheme.
