Mr Martin killed 16-year-old intruder Fred Barras and wounded his accomplice Brendan Fearon with an unlicensed pump action shotgun after they broke into his home at Bleak House in Emneth Hungate, near Wisbech, in August 1999.

The 164-acre Cow Croft Field Farm is being sold in two lots with a guide price totalling £1.378m.
