Lawrence Appleton has now removed the viewing deck from Silver Sands at Heacham, after a two-year planning wrangle that ended with the threat of enforcement action.
A 'for sale' sign has also been put up outside the property which Mr Appleton, a King's Lynn-based showman, said was on the market for £390,000.
