New luxury 'boutique hotel' for cats planned for Norfolk village |
Nichola Hannigan has applied to add a "bespoke outbuilding" with eight feline suites in the garden of her house at Upwell, between Downham Market and Wisbech.
The facility on School Road would operate under the Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel brand, which runs 25 similar businesses across the UK including one which opened near Wymondham in October.
